One design system for every member agency in the network

An agency network or cluster website works at two levels: a network site that explains membership and markets, and a shared design system that gives each member agency a site of its own that looks like family without looking identical.

Corrections

What usually goes wrong for agency networks and clusters

  1. Member agencies each bought a different template, so the network has no visual identity.

  2. The network site cannot explain membership benefits without sounding like a recruitment brochure.

  3. Members ask for help with their own sites and the network has no answer to give them.

  4. Carrier relationships and markets are the network's real value and the site barely mentions them.

Coverage finder, configured to route to members

On the network site the finder asks what the prospect needs and where they are, then routes the request to the nearest or best-fit member agency's AMS. On member sites the same finder runs in the member's colors and routes to that member. One system, many destinations.

The finder narrows and collects. It never quotes a premium, confirms eligibility or gives advice; every answer of that kind comes from your licensed people.

Questions from agency networks and clusters

Can members have their own sites on the shared system?

Yes. Each member site is its own plan with its own brand within the network's system: shared structure and standards, the member's own name, colors, team and lines. Members are billed directly or through the network, as you prefer.

How does the network site route prospects?

The finder asks the line and the location and routes to the best-fit member by territory and appetite, using rules set with you and changed as weekly updates.

Can we keep member resources private?

A member resources area behind a simple login can be added as a revision for documents that should not be public.

Is there a discount for many member sites?

Pricing is per site and published on the pricing page. For a network committing several member sites at once, ask on the demo and we will set out terms in writing.
