We never quote coverage, rates or eligibility, and we never recommend a policy, limit or carrier to anyone. Decisions about coverage belong to the prospect and their licensed agent.

Articles and general information

Articles we publish here, and articles we write for client sites, are researched and cite their sources. They describe coverages, processes and regulations in general terms and never a specific person's circumstances. Figures are drawn from the cited sources at the time of writing and may change. Where an article appears on a client's site, the client's licensed people are the only source of advice about any individual situation.

The coverage finder

The coverage finder on a site we build narrows a visitor to a line of business and collects a request for a quote or a conversation. It does not produce a premium, confirm eligibility, bind coverage or recommend a limit, and using it creates no relationship with the agency beyond an inquiry. Every quote, eligibility answer and recommendation comes from the agency's licensed producers after the request is received.

AI agents

Where a client's plan includes AI receptionist, chat or messaging agents, those agents describe the agency, take inquiry details and book calls with producers. They are configured not to quote, not to confirm eligibility and not to give advice, and to hand anything that would amount to advice to a licensed person at the agency.
